About Lance & Dawn Lopez

Co-Founders, The Lopez Collective LLC

Dawn Hampton Lopez is a brand strategist, marketing leader, and advocate for women who lead with authenticity. For more than two decades, she has shaped some of the most recognized consumer brands, guided global teams, and helped fortune 500 organizations unlock clarity in times of change. Her work blends deep business expertise with a human-centered approach — bringing both strategy and heart to every conversation. Dawn began her career in consumer goods and went on to serve in senior leadership roles across brand marketing, sales, innovation, and customer strategy. She led global and U.S. businesses within the wellness, beauty care, baby, and OTC categories, spearheading campaigns and commercial strategies that drove growth, strengthened brand equity, and won industry awards. Her leadership style is grounded in collaboration, empathy, and a strong belief in elevating women’s voices in rooms where decisions are made. After years of leading and coaching teams, Dawn cofounded The Lopez Collective LLC with her husband Lance as a space to bring her passion for strategy, leadership development, and purposeful growth together. She partners with women, executives, and organizations who want to move forward with clarity — whether navigating brand transformation, stepping into new leadership, or reimagining what’s possible. Dawn is equally committed to impact outside of work. She is a champion for inclusion and community advancement, and she brings a spirit of integrity, resilience, and authenticity to everything she does. She lives in Titusville, NJ with her family, where she continues to build a life and a business rooted in purpose, service, and connection. MBA | Brand Strategist | Leadership Coach
